Processing and Shipping of Your Order
Orders are prepared within 12 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Delivery time is 12 to 48 hours from Tuesday to Saturday depending on the shipping method selected. Shipping is provided by Swiss Post, with an order number.
Click & Collect: By appointment only at the address: Pierre-Pertuis 14, Tavannes
BtoC Customers:
• Basic delivery charge: CHF 4.50, covering preparation, packaging, and shipping. If a specific delivery method is chosen, prices will be adjusted accordingly.
• Free delivery: for any order equal to or greater than CHF 60.-.
• Change of delivery method: please contact us.
BtoB Customers:
• Delivery charge: CHF 10.- for orders less than CHF 100.-.
• Free delivery: for orders of CHF 100.- or more.
Responsibilities in Case of Delivery
Once the order is validated and shipped, the responsibility for delivery is transferred to the customer. In case of an incorrect address or absence during delivery, no refund can be issued, and the freshness of the products cannot be guaranteed.
Parcels are shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items to ensure they are delivered in perfect condition.
Returns and Refunds
- Fresh Products: No returns or refunds will be accepted.
- Equipment and Accessories: Returns possible under conditions, after prior discussion. The customer bears the return shipping costs.
- Defective Products: Any claims must be addressed by email for case-by-case evaluation.
